When the Moon is not Enough
A painting from 2009 that was hanging in my studio for years, that I decided to pick up and work on it again. Amazing to see how much progress I have made over the years, and it was really good to get back to that period when I was working on vertically superposed subjects.
As in my recent years I have been working on transparency to play within a frame of time and space and grasp the impermanence of a scenery, working now vertically seems to be the following steps of my work.
But I have to say that working on a canvas is limiting me inside the drawing and I have been looking for a way to go beyond the single painting format. Having played with synthetic grass inside my house I had left over strips and it was the perfect match a make the step.
